Super convenient! Booked online and was able to access same day. Clean and plenty of space to unload.

The move in was a problem. Gates broken and not working. Reached out by phone at least 6 times on different dates with no call backs. Went in person and was told a manager would call ...no call back. Called again and am promising a call back again.

The gates have been broke and had days of trouble getting in with our code. No person to talk to and no call backs after leaving several messages. They need an emergency line with action taken for this kind of problem. Itâs not good business. Still waiting to talk to a manager after a week.

Great facility!! So new the well lit hallways practically sparkle. They even have music playing sometimes - a great touch to break up the slightly creepy feeling at storage facility hallways. Lol. Even the bathrooms are shining! Best facility I've ever used. Only complaint is the absurd $25 'administration fee' they tack on to your move in, an unwelcome and unjustified surprise.
